Back Care Yoga / Private Lessons
Back pain sufferers can regain full and active lives through yoga for backs classes. The Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs trial proved a 30% benefit over usual GP care and 70% fewer days off work. Part 1 from Wed 22 April 2020 for 6 weeks at 7pm-8.15pm -off Fulford Rd in a group size of 3 people. Or private lessons at times to suit you.
