Improvers Yoga


This Tuesday 8.10pm class takes a slightly faster pace and involves more posture work than Beginners & Improvers classes. There are adjustments, including some pairs work. Anna will teach with a theme, often seasonal, though there is less theory and more practice in this class. A balanced set of hatha yoga postures and practices are presented. There is a mix of stretching, breathing and relaxing. It is aimed at people with generally good health and those who are looking for a fitness style, workout with yoga. Manual adjustments from the teacher to go deeper into stretches will be offered.

Experience of yoga is useful, but not essential if you have no health problems. Otherwise go to Beginners & Improvers level classes where more modifications will be offered.
