All are welcome to a beginners and improvers yoga class. Anna teaches with a theme, often seasonal. A balanced set of hatha yoga postures and practices are presented with modifications. There is a mix of stretching, breathing and relaxing.
The pacing includes rests and time to reflect on the effects.
Those with more experience are encouraged to work for longer in postures or to try the Dynamic / Intermediate Tuesday at 8.10pm class
