Beginners & Improvers

All are welcome to a beginners and improvers yoga class. Anna teaches with a theme, often seasonal. A balanced set of hatha yoga postures and practices are presented with modifications. There is a mix of stretching, breathing and relaxing. The pacing includes rests and time to reflect on the effects. Those with more experience are encouraged to work for longer in postures.
